To establish the Art Ideia ® relationship with you, customer, the following terms are very important. Well, after the purchase you declare yourself in agreement with it. So read it carefully in order to don't have any doubts.

Services provided by us:

The Art Ideia ® develops digital arts to be printed and used in physical materials for personal use, companies or businesses, which can be distributed as gifts or sold to consumers. We emphasize that the products must be printed in physical materials and not distributed digitally. Therefore, our arts are ready for printing, THEY ARE NOT EDITABLE, the files ARE NOT FOR EDITING.

Any service provided here is subject to your queries being resolved.

Our materials are DIGITAL ARTS sent via email. That means that we do not work with anything printed, and we do not send any physical materials!

Services not provided by us:

We do not include the company's brand, logo or any contact details before sending the material;

We do not change fonts, shapes, designs or colors in the artwork before sending;

Our arts are not exclusive to just one customer, so we do not produce exclusive kits or arts for any customer.

Security and Privacy

Any personal data and information provided by the customer can serve as a contact for service. However, they will only serve to this purpose, becoming confidential and without any misuse from us.

If we ask for any information or personal data, it will be treated confidentially and will only be used to cross-reference with confirmations and order data, in order to process them more securely.

Beware of scammers! We don't ask for photos or credit card details!

Copyright

We at the Art Ideia team are guaranteed by the Federal Copyright Law (Chapters 1-8 and 10-12 of Title 17 of the US Code. Act of 1976). Through the law, copying and/or total or partial disclosure of materials prepared by us without our authorization is characterized as a crime.

It is not permitted to distribute, donate, pass on, resell, sub-license or share any of our original or altered products in digital form.

Piracy is a crime! And our law team is willing to fight against this infraction legally.

About the Send

The sending is done upon payment confirmation, varying depending on the confirmations described in the Payment. Materials are sent to the e-mail address registered at the time of purchase, so please make sure it is correct.

The file sent by e-mail is a file in ZIP format which contains final artwork in PNG and PDF format in its content. Therefore, it is essential to use a computer to be able to use the materials inside the ZIP. For any error in the file, the customer can contact us again so that we can correct any possible error.

When sent, we await any accusation of error or non-receipt. It is expected to wait for a return within 48 hours, otherwise, we understand that the customer received the files correctly.

The links sent to e-mail are valid for 30 days after sending. Therefore, we suggest that the customer be careful when saving the files on their machine, as after this period the links to the materials will NOT be resent again.

If material already confirmed is lost or misplaced by the customer and within 30 days of purchase, we will evaluate the feasibility of resending it. However, there may be fees depending on the work we will have to reorganize and resend the material again.

Cancellations

After purchase and payment confirmation, CANCELLATION WITH REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE.

The Reflection Period, also known as the Right to Repent, does not apply to digital products, nor does it apply to purchases made by mistake. No refunds are made for digital products, as there is no actual return of the digital product..
